Simply put the non-sticky center on the center of your breast, seal the bottom, then lift the top of the Bring It Up bra above your breast and press the sticky bra on your chest.
Care Instructions: Breast Shapers can be hand washed with warm water and air dried. Store on the provided liner and keep in the box.
